Cleanaway is committed to improving employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by reducing any barriers to participation in the waste management industry.

We are seeking 4 people to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a driver within our operations team, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.

The training program will include:

  • Obtaining a Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR)
  • Induction to Cleanaway
  • Training program to become a driver
  • In cab coaching
  • Solo driving time
  • Ongoing buddy program
