Subcontracting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing our procurement and subcontracting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and value at every stage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage a range of subcontracts, from standard to complex agreements, ensuring all aspects of the procurement process comply with company policies and customer requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and counsel to the business with regard to all subcontract matters.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.
• Develop highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including critical subcontractors, management, customers, and other third parties.
• Lead the NGA Supply Chain Subcontracts and Procurement team, supporting and developing team members, driving the development of effective sourcing and subcontract solutions.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in senior subcontracts or procurement roles within complex, capital-intensive environments. You will have a proven ability to manage large, intricate contracts, lead teams, and drive strategic procurement initiatives.
