We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our Glen Waverley team. No optical experience is required – we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing specialised orders for our customers.
  • Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products.
  • Contributing to a positive and fun team culture.

  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
