Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Admin Experiences team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, leading, and growing high-performing teams within large organizations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for our user management pillar. This will involve planning and executing features that balance customer requirements, market analysis, resource constraints and passion for creating innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a strategic product roadmap
  • Managing a backlog of feature requests and defining key success metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver unique solutions to complex problems
  • Building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Operating as an expert with deep understanding of admin jobs to be done and ability to translate complex customer requirements into compelling experiences

Requirements

  • Product management experience at a SaaS company with a focus on administration or user management
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams within large organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and ship expanding feature sets that depend on effective collaboration of multiple product development teams
  • Bias to action, sense of urgency and commitment to clarity
