Program Role: Flexible Education Professional

Casual Educators are sought after team-oriented individuals who can provide support to our centres and children whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the educational program within the room and centre team environment.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times ensuring a safe environment.
  • Maintain a secure environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Build strong professional relationships with children and families.
  • Adhere to National Quality Standards and company policies.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement within the service.
