The role In this role you will demonstrate excellence in client service in the delivery of all catering requirements, ensuring a seamless delivery of service for all meetings and client events. You will ensure the service expectations of internal and external clients consistently meet the recognised level of service as expected from a top tier Australian Law Firm. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working 5 days per week, Monday – Friday, regular business hours with the occasional evening or morning event. Key responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Providing a high standard of food and beverage service, including barista style coffee and hot beverages and meal services for internal and external stakeholders - Event set ups and maintaining the client floor in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. This includes breakfasts', morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail parties, formal dinners and VIP functions - Working the occasional morning and evening function - Assisting in the inhouse café - The opening and closing of the client floor, ensuring all is complete for operations - General administration e.g. processing tax invoices - Maintaining the staff hubs / kitchenettes - Kitchen assistance as required - Other tasks as requested by the Front of House Team Leader and Catering Coordinator Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: - At least 2 years' experience in a professional corporate hospitality environment (boardroom experience highly desirable) - Solid coffee making and preparation knowledge is essential - Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - Vic Food Handlers Certificate or ability to obtain - Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously - Able to be able to conduct setups for events (e.g. move furniture efficiently) while adhering to Workplace Health and Safety standards - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Some flexibility in working hours - Impeccable grooming standards - Organised and professional   Benefits - Access to upskilling and training programs - Competitive renumeration package for the right candidate - Health focused staff meals - Laundered Clayton Utz Branded Shirts
