This is a unique opportunity to join our Strategy & Business Operations team as a senior associate. Our team sets up Culture Amp's long-term strategy and delivers strategic projects that accelerate growth.

The role involves:

  • Delivering the long-term company strategy
  • Designing and facilitating executive strategy workshops and leadership offsites
  • Creating and implementing a global quarterly business review
  • Driving end-to-end deal execution and integration of our People Analytics product
  • Conducting regional market analysis to inform our go-to-market strategy
  • Delivering macroeconomic and HR market insights to inform leadership decisions

You will conduct internal and external research to deliver insights, partner with strategy leads, and collaborate with senior leaders on high-impact projects.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy function
  • A mindset of a future COO, with a penchant for designing pragmatic strategy processes
  • Ability to build high-quality artefacts and templates to support strategic prioritisation
  • Clear, structured communication skills to create a case for change
  • An all-rounder who can take on unique challenges and projects
  • Data analysis skills to draw executive-level insights
