Our in-house Production Team is made up of an energetic and skilled group of Photographers, Stylists, Hair & Makeup Artists, Retouchers, Content Writers and more. An environment different to any other at THE ICONIC, Production is a bustling hub of clothes and products making their way online for our customers to purchase.

What you'll do...

As a Production Coordinator, your role is pivotal in facilitating the production process, managing inventory, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow. You will be responsible for tracking and preparing items for marketing projects, e-commerce & creative shoots. Managing stock movements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Communication is key to success in this role.

How You'll Succeed...

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support their goals.
  • Organise SKU allocation and create studio shoot lists for efficient production.
  • Manage and track all incoming products, ensuring timely return in original condition.
  • Recognise and resolve issues with samples, products, images, and stock.
  • Manage stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits. 
  • Liaise with Buyers, Studio, and Logistics teams for smooth production processes.
  • Ensure the Logistics area is organised and identify logistic roadblocks early.

About you…

  • Experience in a similar role (logistics or production environment)
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Fast learner to utilise company's bespoke programs and tracking systems.
  • Exceptional time management skills.

Location

This role will be working across all ICONIC hubs which include Barangaroo, Roseberry as well Barangaroo. You will be working on a rotational basis across the three hubs.
