The right candidate will be provided with full training, ongoing support and guidance throughout their career at Aon. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** ** ** Leverage your general insurance knowledge to drive client retention & portfolio growth through direct and existing channel partnerships in line with the growth & retention strategy. - Independent operator, high emotional intelligence with strong negotiation, communication and time management skills - A self-starter who is adaptable, focussed and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude - Technical knowledge of general insurance products required by small businesses in Australia - RG146 Tier 1 qualification (desired) - 1-2 years proven experience servicing general insurance renewal portfolio - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
