Deel is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to provide services to Greenhouse as its Employer of Record (more information here).

Greenhouse is the world's fastest-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite and the person in this role will continue to drive our expansion in APAC. The CSAM is responsible for customer retention, growth & expansion opportunities, and continued product adoption and optimisation. This role will partner with our customers to help them drive and adopt talent acquisition and recruiting best practices within their organisations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of Mid-market customers in the ANZ region

  • Be responsible for renewals and expansion

  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers

  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers organisations

  • Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally

You should have

  • Customer-facing experience

  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management or Talent Acquisition
