We aim to assist our clients to participate in everyday activities, maximise their independence, safety and wellbeing.The CHSP AHA will work closely with the OT team to support the delivery of recommendations to optimise or maintain the client’s participation and independence in functional activities and occupations. The AHA will carry out delegated 1:1 follow up, within the community and the clients home; education as well as administrative tasks associated with supporting the OT team. This support ensures effective and efficient service delivery for clients and therapists.You will be expected to provide support to clients who live in the Western Metro region - work vehicles will be available for use.**What you’ll bring** Your resilience, compassion and a whole lot of heart.
