Job Description

Local HC Driver based at the Sydney Freight Terminal. You will perform depot and yard work, including loading/unloading interstate trailers, restraining freight, air‑side driving, and local deliveries and pick‑ups around the Airport precinct.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload interstate trailers at the depot and yard.

- Restrain freight and operate forklifts within the terminal.

- Operate air‑side vehicles and make local deliveries and pick‑ups.

- Maintain a high level of safety and attention to detail.

- Work independently and as part of a team, adjusting between driving, depot and yard work.

Qualifications

- A HC licence (MC advantageous)

- A valid forklift licence

- Good driving history (Essential)

- Ability to be flexible between driving, depot and yard work

- High attention to detail and focus on safety

- Experience in an aviation and/or cargo terminal environment is desirable

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Essential: relevant licence
