This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

Ready to take the controls of a twin-arm Jumbo and drive underground development? This role is all about precision, safety, and teamwork. You'll be a key player in our underground mining crew, helping us hit production targets and keep things running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Installing ground support per the Ground Control Management Plan
- Boring development excavation profiles to spec
- Installing and maintaining underground services
- Supporting charge-up and other development tasks
- Communicating across shifts and ensuring high-quality work
- Leading by example in safety and environmental awareness

You'll report to the Mining Shift Supervisorand work closely with a range of stakeholders including the Underground Mine Foreman, Superintendent, Technical Services, and Surveyors.

About you

You're experienced, safety-focused, and mechanically savvy. You know your way around underground mining and thrive in a team environment.

What you'll bring:

- Minimum 7 years' underground mining experience
- Strong knowledge of mine services and safe work procedures
- Solid communication and observation skills
- Familiarity with JSA systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Supervisory experience (a bonus)
