About the RoleWe're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers. This role requires no prior experience, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
- Use equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
- Collect trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
- You'll work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
- Commit to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Pursue safe working practices and abide by Coles Safe Work policies.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Achieve high levels of physical activity, performing moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends), with shifts available between 5am and 11pm, seven days a week.
