Electrify your future.**About the role**We’re seeking a technically skilled and strategically minded **Application Engineer – HubSpot** to lead the configuration, customization, and development of HubSpot across all modules—Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations. This role is critical to transforming HubSpot into a fully integrated growth platform, enabling automation at scale, ensuring data integrity, and delivering tailored technical solutions that drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.This role is fixed-term until June 30, 2026.### **Key Responsibilities*** Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and SEO performance.* Build advanced lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation across all Hubs.* Develop complex workflows and nurture journeys using triggers, conditions, and custom code.* Maintain and enhance website content and design using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.* Create and manage integrations with third-party platforms via APIs and iPaaS tools.* Ensure data quality and build dashboards for campaign performance and revenue attribution.* Provide technical support, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement HubSpot enhancements.### **What You’ll Bring*** Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer/Admin across all Hubs, with strong CMS development skills (HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).* Hands-on expertise with HubSpot APIs, OAuth, and custom integrations; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Node.js is a plus.* Solid understanding of CRM data models, lifecycle management, and performance reporting.* Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science; HubSpot certifications highly regarded.* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for automation and cross-functional collaboration.Applications close Friday 7th November 2025.**Inclusion at AGL**At AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
