Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end agile development of innovative microservices and SaaS-based applications. Share your commercial experience and provide technical mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in quality and security. As an innovator of SaaS solutions, you will proactively adopt the latest technologies to help our solutions evolve and lead new markets.

Accountabilities

Develop core product software within an agile structure, including co-creating product specifications with business analysts, and developing both front-end and back-end components, along with automated test environments.

Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will possess expertise in:

- Translating business concepts into robust, viable technical solutions
- Relational database design and modeling
- CI/CD processes (containerized deployment - Docker, AWS ECS)
- AWS environments including ECS, Fargate, S3, SQS
- Testing tools/processes (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber)
- Flexible, proactive approach to changing priorities
- Ability to collaborate, drive clarity, and adapt in ambiguous environments
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keeping updated with emerging technologies
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sharing knowledge and collaboration

Required Skills

- Backend development in Java 8, SQL, Gradle
- Spring Framework 4, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Spring Tools Suite (Eclipse STS), Thymeleaf, Hibernate
- Active BPM, D3.js, PostgreSQL management tools, Tomcat 8
- Tools: Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Eclipse IDE
- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, QUnit, Selenium, Cucumber
- Performance and quality tools: Checkstyle, PMD, FindBugs
- Experience with AWS and cloud deployment
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
