About the role:

You will assist the Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator by providing leadership, coaching, and direction to residential teams, promoting a holistic approach to support our residents. The Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant helps maintain a diverse range of formal and informal programs both in-house and in the broader community, including social, recreational, cultural, and spiritual activities.

You will be great if you have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, compassionate, and caring nature with respect for cultural diversity and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and monitor residents' needs and wellbeing
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Two years' experience as a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant in aged care or a community environment
- A 'can-do', willing, and creative attitude
- NDIS Worker screening number
- Evidence of COVID-19 and 2025 influenza vaccines
- Multilingual skills (desirable), especially in Russian, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish
