Laborer - Power Distribution

We are actively seeking experienced Laborers to support our Power infrastructure projects across Florida.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in excavator operation and underground conduit installation.

Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators and trenchers in a safe and efficient manner;
- Install underground electrical conduits per design and code requirements;
- Assist with general site labor, including material handling and cleanup;
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times;
- Work effectively with crew leaders and fellow team members;
- Travel to job sites throughout Florida, including overnight stays when required.

- 1+ year of experience in underground utility or civil electrical work;
- Proven experience operating excavators and installing conduit systems;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight (lodging covered);
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
