Job Description:

At TK Maxx, we deliver exceptional value on an ever-changing selection of big brand, designer and high-quality fashion apparel and homewares, for a whole lot less than department stores, every single day. We’re an international brand and part of the TJX Companies, with over 5000 stores in nine countries and in Australia, with more than 85 locations across Australia and growing.

About the Role

In your role as a Store Associate at TK Maxx, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, this will include but is not limited to, delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management.

You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience. This is a Full Time role and you must be able to work a roster that includes 7am starts and some weekend work.

Skills/Experience

The successful applicant should possess the following:

- Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in merchandising and unpacking of stock.
- Looking to process and support the Management Team in the future
