As Store Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure your store delivers an exceptional experience every day. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing, service-driven team
- Oversee store operations including sales, merchandising, and stock flow
- Maintain strong visual and operational standards across the store
- Coach and empower your team through training, recognition, and clear communication
- Manage compliance, safety, and performance processes with consistency and care
- Drive store results through strong commercial focus and team motivation

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in retail management, ideally in specialty environments
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and retain great people
- Strong understanding of stock management, merchandising, and compliance
- Confident communicator who thrives on building connection with team and customers
