About the Position

As a Speech Pathologist within the large multidisciplinary team, you will utilise your clinical skills & knowledge to manage a diverse caseload of your choice. You will work with either children or adults presenting a range of communication needs and developmental delays.

- Providing advanced assessments and intervention, to support the goals & needs clients in clinic or community settings

- Areas of service include; AAC, Communication Assessments, Mealtime Management, Autism Assessments, various developmental delays, stuttering, speech sound disorders & more

- Collaborative approach to therapy to achieve client & family-focused outcomes to provide Family Centered model of service delivery

- Providing therapy services in clinic, home settings & across schools

- Providing education workshops to families & teachers where needed

- Supporting the implementation of assistive technology where required

- Actively participating in discipline & team PD workshops

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

- Current Speech Pathology Australia registration or ability to obtain

- Current drivers license and National Police Clearance

- Ability to obtain NDIS check and Working with Children Check

- Passionate about providing family and children centred practice

Salary and Benefits

- $77,000 - $90,000 + super + salary packaging options
