The Opportunity

Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) are highly interactive, supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM, and Night shifts. This role, based at (insert Facility location link), involves working closely with the nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to perform resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner, surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. About You

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and possess the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also:

- Possess qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st-year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care. We recognize other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, which is essential to work in the Aged Care sector (*or willingness to obtain).
- Exhibit excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or injuring themselves — you need to be their extra eyes and ears
- Maintain a positive teamwork attitude, be a trusted co-worker, demonstrate excellent time management (including shift handovers), and follow strict safety procedures to uphold high workplace safety standards.
