We are seeking a passionate and engaging Optical FULL TIME Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team in Toowoomba You will be involved in the customers journey from pre-testing equipment to dispensing and providing customised frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with eyewear selection, frame fitting, and lens recommendations to meet individual needs and preferences
- Support the dispensing process from pre-testing to fitting and final checkout
- Provide premium customer service and post-purchase support to ensure a high-quality experience
- Collaborate with in-store mentors and participate in training programs
- Represent and promote brand partnerships and products, including PRADA, CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Ray-Ban, and others

Qualifications

- Retail experience is preferred; optical experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a quick learner
- Passion to help others see the beauty in life
