We are seeking a talented professional to work on challenging and interesting projects that contribute to the sector's growth.

Rosemary Hardham is committed to delivering high-quality services that support skilled and robust public safety and government workforces. We provide consultation to inform workforce planning and training product development, as well as implementation, promotion and monitoring of strategies that drive improvement of training delivery and stewardship of intelligence relating to workforce challenges and skill needs.

This newly created position forms part of our tight-knit and energised team and reports to the Manager VET Projects. The role involves supporting an initial key project by working collaboratively with contractors on research analysis and interpretation, stakeholder consultation, report drafting, facilitation of technical committee meetings and presenting high-quality reports to internal and external stakeholders up to executive level.

We are looking for a passionate individual who can genuinely make a difference to our organisation's success. You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in delivering research projects related to vocational education and training, workforce planning or labour market research. Ideally, this experience will have been gained within service-focused VET environments in public safety, not-for-profits or government. Your strengths in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups, well-developed communication, influencing and resilience, and the desire to deliver high-quality outcomes as part of a team will guarantee your success.

This is an initial contract role through until June 2026.
