The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator/Business Support Officer. This role provides data entry and administrative support to the Service Maintenance team, including high volume data entry, receipt and review of condition reports, filing, communication with contractors, inbox management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- High volume data entry
- Data entry of condition reports
- Filing of yearly condition reports
- Communication with contractors via phone and email
- Inbox management
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Updating records and information systems
You:
The successful candidate will have strong data entry experience, intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, and prior experience providing high volume data entry support. They will be able to demonstrate:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
- Prior experience providing high volume data entry support
- Experience within the construction, engineering or government sector is desirable
- High attention to detail & strong time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
