As a Lecturer at TAFE SA, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by delivering high-quality training, assessment, and mentorship aligned with nationally recognised training packages.
Beyond the classroom, you may also contribute your expertise through industry and community consultancy, helping to strengthen connections between education and real-world outcomes.

Are You the One?

- Master and teach world-class pastry techniques—from desserts and gateaux to handmade chocolates, pralines, macarons, and entremets, using both modern and classical methods.

- Bring leadership and innovation—proven supervisory experience, strong technical knowledge in quality assurance, sustainability, and advanced production systems like chocolate enrobers and ovens.

- Deliver exceptional education and training—Cert IV or Diploma in TAA/TAE required, with expertise in e-learning platforms, competency-based programs, and flexible teaching methodologies including workshops and mentoring.

- Engage and inspire learners—provide on-the-job training, negotiate with employers, implement assessment strategies, and adopt a flexible approach to vocational education delivery.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
