The role:

Snooze Mackay is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.

This role offers approx. 25-30 hours per week, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. We’re open to offering part-time or casual hours for the right candidate.

At Snooze, you'll be

- Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering anawesome customer experience.

You will bring

- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Customer-centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
