Community Kids Broadbeach Waters is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full Time working in the Nursery. Condensed week will be considered for the right candidate.

About Us

Our purpose-built childcare and kindergarten centre in Broadbeach Waters offers innovative early learning programs in a safe, nurturing environment. Children will enjoy our spacious outdoor environments with supervised risky play, vegetable and fruit gardens, water and sand play, and large shaded areas. Indoors, we provide age-appropriate equipment and resources. Our experienced team of early childhood educators, many of whom boast over 20 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our centre.

We proudly cater to up to 75 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. It's where the fun never stops

About You

- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services

- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A current Blue Card

- First Aid certificate
