About the Program
Project Management Pathways Program is a structured return-to-work program designed specifically for people seeking to re-enter the workforce and build a meaningful career in project management within our Delivery division.Successful applicants will join Transgrid as full-time Project Administratorsand take part in a tailored development program designed to build your capability, confidence, and career opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking people from all backgrounds who are motivated to relaunch their careers and develop into future project leaders. No prior project experience is required - just bring your transferable skills, passion to learn, and commitment to building a career in the energy and infrastructure sector. We welcome applicants who may have had career breaks for caring responsibilities, travel, study or other personal pursuits and are ready to return to meaningful work.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
Career Interest: A genuine desire to pursue a career in the high-voltage electricity transmission industry.
Personal Attributes: Environmentally and socially responsible, motivated, a strong team player, and eager to learn.
Skills: Clear communicator, collaborative, lateral thinker, and able to contribute to innovative solutions.
Cultural Awareness: Respectful of and sensitive to diversity and inclusion.
Residency: Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a suitable working visa.
