Location: Gladstone, Queensland
Roster: Monday - Friday (weekend work available)
Options: Local

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Leading Hand – Diesel Fitters to oversee the team in Gladstone. This position will:

- Perform Leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others

- Perform trades duties associated with workshop and/or site operations

- Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks

What You’ll Need

- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)

- Hands‑on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment

- A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right

- Problem‑solving skills and pride in your work

- Manual Drivers Licence

- Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)

- Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions
