About the opportunity
Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic blue trucks to deliver for customers? As our Medium Rigid Multi-Drop Truck Driver (Pick Up & Delivery), you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that

- Permanent Full Time - 38 hours per week (Overtime available)
- 8.30am Starts Monday to Friday, the weekends are yours
- $33.81 per hour plus super on a weekly pay run

Multiple Positions Available

You’ll be

- Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

About you

You’re a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You’re passionate about making a difference in the community.

You’ll also need to

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a relevant medium rigid vehicle license
- Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck. Freight can be up to 30kgs
- Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
- You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less
- Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
