What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
- Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
- Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
- Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.

- A bachelor’s degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
