This exciting time brings with it a unique opportunity for an experienced Process Engineering professional to lead our Process Systems function in our QLD Industrial Team. Based in Brisbane you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and passion as you work in a diverse team on fast paced challenging projects.

What can you bring to the team?

- People and team leadership including competency/capability development

- Lead the delivery of the Process Systems project portfolio

- Support the Service Group Leader to secure revenue opportunities and grow market share

- Maintain and leverage a strong client network and existing client relationships

- Commercial and financial management

What are we looking for from you?

- A growth mindset

- Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering and a chartered professional

- Process Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of design experience.

- Management of commercial, risk, quality control, project teams and continuous improvement

- Leadership of diverse and inclusive teams delivering exceptional outcomes across feasibility studies, business cases, FEED and detailed designs for projects utilising multi‑discipline design teams across a multitude of market sectors across Asia Pacific including (but not limited to):

- Renewable Energy

- Hydrogen and Ammonia

- Steel Manufacture

- Mineral extraction and processing

- Food and Beverage (including Dairy)

- Fuels, pipelines and Terminals

- Industrial Chemicals

- Business development and commercial acumen

- Ability to build strong relationships, supported by well‑developed influencing and interpersonal skills

- The ability to lead and work effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries to create and promote a collaborative culture

- Strong report writing and communication skills and a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
