Overview

Techforce is seeking BHP Inducted Carpenters for ongoing Construction / Maintenance works across BHP WAIO sites in the Pilbara. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent work, competitive rates, and the potential for ongoing work into the New Year.

- FIFO from Perth – BHP WAIO Sites (Jimblebar, Mt Whalebeack, Area C)

- 2/1 Roster

- Ongoing roster to Christmas with potential continuation into 2026

- Opportunity for long-term placement pending performance and project extensions

Key Responsibilities

- General and maintenance carpentry works

- Timber and steel framing

- Door installations and hardware adjustments

- Minor structural and finishing works

- Assisting with site maintenance and repair tasks

- Supporting trades and contributing to safe, efficient site operations

To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain

- BHP WAIO (WA Iron Ore) Induction – Essential

- EWP and Working at Heights tickets – Essential

- Trade Certificate

- Valid Driver’s Licence

- National Police Clearance (current or willing to obtain)

- Strong commitment to safety and team environments

- 3x Recent References

The Process

All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face-to-face interview at our WA office and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
