Overview

Motion is an Australian based engineering solutions provider that focuses on products and services for the mining, manufacturing and construction industry. The group consists of highly specialized business units in the fields of fluid power, electro-hydraulic engineering and design, undercarriages and specialized maintenance and project services. CRAM also acts as a full-service provider to facilitate maintenance, refurbishment, repairs and overhauls throughout the entire life cycle of industry equipment and machinery.

This role is suited to a motivated individual with solid experience within a heavy structural industry.

- Parking onsite with various cafes within proximity
- 7AM – 3:30PM + OT
- Work within a team of 30 plus, supportive environment to ensure your success
- Diversified business to keep you interested

Duties and Responsibilities

- Welding Repairs and maintenance activities
- Shutdowns and project works
- Preventative maintenance work schedules
- Ensure all work is carried out to company guideline
- Other tasks as required within your capabilities and skills

Who are you?

Required

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Full driver’s licence
- Solid experience in a similar position - working in structural fabrication & welding
- White card
- Flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends as required
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads
- Team player to support other areas when required

Highly desirable

- TIG, MIG and stick welding (preferred)
- EWP
- Rigging
- Forklift
- Confined Space
