Council of the City of Sydney, Australia Zone IT Solutions Full time

We are looking for an experienced Azure Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

- Experience in designing and deploying Azure solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.

- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes on Azure.

- Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.

- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
