Who are you?

Well, in addition to 5+ years retail operations experience at the management level, and an enthusiasm for the jewellery and watch industry, it’s likely that people will generally describe you as:

The role

Reporting to the business owner, ultimately, you’ll have responsibility for achieving business targets and budgets through and with your people. That’ll include responsibilities such as:

- Setting targets
- Building, maintaining and monitoring performance dashboards
- KPI reporting
- Driving quarterly growth and efficiency
- Maximising margins
- Leading a positive and ‘abundant’ team environment
- Developing individual team capability
