That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

About the role

In this newly created role, you will lead the development and implementation of effective communication strategies across external stakeholders and channels. This role will support the delivery of key change programs within the TAC's Make Every Day Matter strategy, with a particular emphasis on service delivery initiatives. You will lead a small team of communications advisors and work collaboratively with internal project teams. The role will be responsible for providing strategic communications advice and overseeing the delivery of communication and engagement plans, with a focus on the TAC's health and disability providers.

About the Team

This role will lead a new project-focused communications team within the Communications, Media and Digital branch. You'll join a collaborative and experienced leadership team, supported by a manager who empowers leaders to take ownership and accountability. The Communications, Media and Digital branch is a friendly, fun group with a diverse skill set. We are passionate about delivering strategic and impactful communication that supports TAC initiatives, enhances TAC experiences and strengthens the TAC's brand and values.

What we're looking for

Strong strategic communications experience in complex organisations

We are looking for a strong leader who has extensive experience working within project teams and/or with change management principles and methodologies with tertiary qualifications in communications/media or related field.

Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Demonstrated experience within the health and disability sector

Experience in and/or understanding of health, disability and community sectors is highly beneficial to effectively navigate the complexities involved in supporting TAC clients, providers and diverse stakeholder groups.

Why you'll love it here

There's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits. As our newest Stakeholder Communications Lead - Projects, you'll also:

Be rewarded for great work

We value our people, offering salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
