Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the development of business strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Assist in the development of process flow diagrams, user stories, and business cases.
Support the creation of detailed reports and presentations for decision-making.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
Work with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to generate dashboards and reports.
Assist in data validation and cleansing for accurate reporting.
3. Retail & Supply Chain Analysis (if applicable):
Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and supply chain efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize stock replenishment and reduce costs.
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for operational improvements.
4. Project Support & Communication:
Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Work closely with IT and development teams to support system implementations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, BI tools or other data visualization tools.

Retail/Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of inventory management, sales forecasting, or logistics processes (if applicable).

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present actionable insights.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and suggest data-driven solutions.

Preferred Experience:

1–2 years of experience in business analysis, retail operations, supply chain, or data analytics .

Familiarity with ERP systems CRM tools is a plus.

Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
