Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with all key stakeholders of the property, and as such will need to be a strong communicator, and have a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships.A snapshot of the role:* Maintaining an effective control of all costs and the smooth operation of the Property* Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings* Ensure that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date site documentation and compliance* Ensuring all guests, tenant, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner and expected services are provided.* Ensuring open and on-going communication between all stakeholders to the Property (guests/tenants/owners/Body Corporate)* Basic financial management such as invoice processing and raising purchase orders.* Ensuring the Business’s assets are protected through high level of compliance, security and control.The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in facilities and building management operations, contractor management and compliance, and managing owner and resident relationships. You will possess qualifications either from a trade background or be tertiary qualified in building management and have a proactive and positive approach to your career.
