About the Role
The Director of Counselling – Psychologist leads the College’s counselling and wellbeing services, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based support for students, families and staff. The role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment, while strengthening mental health literacy and promoting a culture of care and trust across the community.
The Director provides professional leadership, supervision and guidance to a multidisciplinary team and works closely with College leaders, families and external agencies to ensure wellbeing initiatives are strategically aligned and informed by best practice.
