Job Title: VR General Practitioner Supervisor - Gladstone, Queensland.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

Practice Information:
This family practice is situated on the central Queensland Coast. They are looking for a VR General Practitioner with a passion for teaching and clinical excellence to join their vibrant, mixed-billing practice as a GP Supervisor. They’re a well-established clinic with a supportive team of 5 experienced GPs; full-time nursing support and knowledgeable reception staff; on-site Sullivan Nicolaides pathology collection; and modern, well-equipped consultation and treatment rooms. The practice is always busy and well positioned within a central shopping complex. Open 7 days a week - however, more predominately Monday to Friday. The practice is part of the wider Ausdocs Group network supporting General Practices in Queensland.

The practice boasts:

- Strong patient demand and mixed billing

- Reliable clinical software: Best Practice, Cubiko, HotDoc

- DPA location (MMM3) - This role is suitable for doctors under the 10-year moratorium.

Position Description:
They are seeking a VR GP to join their team, ideally with an interest in teaching and capacity to take on a GP Supervisor position. There is however also the possibility to bring on a VR GP (non-supervisory role) in addition to this vacancy.

Requirements:

- FRACGP (or equivalent)

- Current AHPRA registration

- Accredited GP Supervisor (or interest in becoming one)

- Commitment to professional development and quality care

- Current medical indemnity insurance

After Hours Requirements: No

Salary Information:
65% billings with additional incentives for the GP Supervision role.
