About the Role

RACQ is currently seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters or Trainees to join its Auto Services team across Southeast Queensland, with a primary location at Lawn. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to RACQ members and customers. This includes working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

This is a hands‑on role requiring a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The position offers stable full‑time employment with opportunities for training and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform windscreen and auto glass repairs and replacements on‑site and at customer locations.

- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of work completed.

- Use a variety of vehicle types – experience desirable but not essential (trainee positions available).

- Hold a valid driver’s licence.

- Work independently and manage time effectively.

- Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Undergo pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
