Outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a global medical devices company. The successful Account Manager will grow sales in their respective territory while maintaining existing relationships in the Sleep and Respiratory Care sector.

The Wholesale Sales Team is part of ResMed's Australian commercial business, responsible for managing ResMed's Authorised Dealers (RAD) and referral network. We work closely with our partners and are passionate about sleep, helping people from all walks of life live better lives, one night's sleep at a time.
Let's talk about responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager role will be based in Queensland and will build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals to help drive improved patient outcomes. The role will develop, sustain, and nurture ResMed Business 4 Business solutions and services with assigned ResMed Authorised Dealers (RAD) within the region. This is a field-based role and will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and market share targets to satisfy our customers' needs in a defined territory.
This role suits a motivated, customer- and solution-focused individual looking to advance their sales career within a global organization. The role requires regular travel across Queensland.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Meeting defined sales budgets through strategic selling methodologies, delivering value to RAD partners using the latest sales and key account management principles.
2. Demonstrating clinical expertise in your specialty area with a strong understanding of the sleep healthcare ecosystem.
3. Maintaining extensive knowledge of ResMed products, services, and solutions, becoming a subject matter expert for employees of RAD, Sleep Labs, and associated professionals.
4. Implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives to optimize sales performance.
5. Managing and growing relationships with key accounts within the Sleep Healthcare portfolio, including developing new accounts through conversions and expansions.
6. Driving optimization of patient conversation pathways throughout the network.
7. Planning and executing sales strategies within the territory to grow revenue and solutions adoption.
8. Updating and maintaining records of sleep physician associations and partner relationships.
9. Accurately using CRM and sharing platforms like Salesforce and Tableau daily.
10. Driving improvements in Obstructive Sleep Apnoea diagnostic and screening pathways within the RAD network.
11. Understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
13. Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the portfolio.
14. Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and developments in Sleep & Respiratory care.

You will report to the National Sales Manager and work remotely within a dynamic environment. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities across accounts. You should be based in Queensland, possess relevant qualifications, and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, product launches, and account management. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
