Westhaven is seeking a permanent full-time Commercial Analyst to support strategic, operational, and commercial decision-making. This project-based role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

- Analyse new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and financial projects
- Develop and enhance financial models for decision-making
- Prepare business cases, board papers, and executive reports
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and monitor business performance
- Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools
- Support pricing strategy, revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and commercial due diligence

Capabilities

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling (absolute requirement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a project-based, commercial, or consulting environment

Mandatory Requirements

- Current NSW Driver’s licence
- Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
