Find out more and .**Your Opportunity****Case Manager** to join our **Reconnect team in Whyalla**.In this rewarding role, you will work closely with young people aged 12–18, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals. You’ll be part of a community-based program that offers holistic services including employment assistance, mental health support, life skills development, advocacy, and family mediation.**About Reconnect program** Reconnect is a free, community-based initiative aimed at preventing youth homelessness.
