As an iconic Australian-owned and operated business, we're seeking passionate and energetic Retail Team Members to help us deliver an amazing experience for our customers during this exciting peak trading period.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
- Helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
- Staying organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
- Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets
- Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate

- You love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment
- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must
- Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Quick to learn and ready to help wherever needed
