Systems and Infrastructure Manager

Siena College is seeking a skilled professional to join our ICT team in the role of Systems and Infrastructure Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing reliability, security and performance of the College’s IT systems, network infrastructure and technical resources. Reporting to the Head of ICT, the Systems and Infrastructure Manager maintains and develops network and server infrastructure in addition to providing excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk. This is a dynamic role requiring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to ensure the functioning of all critical ICT systems and the smooth operations of the College.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop network and server infrastructure in collaboration with the Head of ICT.
- Provide timely communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk to students and staff.
- Ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of the College.
- Deliver positive customer service and understand education, business and administration processes and requirements of ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Head of ICT to ensure smooth operation of critical ICT systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant rights to work in Australia.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and system reliability.
- Good communication, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
