Job Description
New Clinic Opening Soon
As a well-established and trusted provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we’re excited to be expanding into the Taree region with the opening of a brand-new clinic. This marks a meaningful milestone in our continued commitment to supporting NDIS participants in the local community.
We’re looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Taree and surrounding communities. As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech pathology services to help participants achieve their goals.
- Provide therapy in a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.
- Conduct clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence‑based interventions that support meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and support graduate and early career clinicians.
- Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Participate in monthly peer supervision and collaborate with our broader multi-disciplinary team including Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Qualifications
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Speech Pathologist, ideally working across a varied caseload and lifespan
- A genuine interest in supporting diverse clients in both clinic and community‑based settings
- Proven ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team
- A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- A valid paid employment NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
