At M2P, we get it done. Big lifts, big projects, and a crew you can count on. We’re chasing experienced Crane Operators with underground experience — people who know how to operate safely in challenging environments, work hard, and back their team.

This is a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster, working across multiple sites. You’ll be part of a crew that tackles complex underground and surface projects, delivering them the right way — to spec, on time, and without shortcuts.

What you’ll bring

- High Risk Work Licence — C6 or CO (required)
- Rigging ticket (required)
- Proven experience operating cranes in underground mining construction projects
- A strong safety-first mindset
- The ability to work in a team and get on with people
- Australian working rights
